Cold feed Precision Preformer is a type of rubber blank manufacturing equipment with high efficiency and high accuracy. It is applied to plasticize the cold rubber compound in strip shape, conveyed and pre-formed by screw and gear pump. It can process a wide range of all rubber material including Silicone, NR, NBR and FKM compound etc.
Continuous cold feeding rubber compound, compound not required pre-heated in mixing mill,
which reduces the labor intensity of operator.
